Hibari - Character in One Piece

Although she is a sniper, Hibari does not use regular bullets. Instead, she utilizes technology developed by Vegapunk called “GP Flower.” When these bullets hit a target, they bloom into flowers that clog the enemy’s gun barrels, preventing them from firing back. It’s a fighting style that is both “cute” and surprisingly effective.

Hibari has special feelings and deep gratitude toward Koby (whom she calls “Koby-senpai”). In the past, Koby was injured while saving her treasured teddy bear. Because of that, Hibari cherishes it so much that she even named it “Koby-senpai” and carries it on her backpack at all times. When Koby was captured by Blackbeard, she tearfully begged for help and risked her life by following Monkey D. Garp to Pirate Island to rescue her “crush.”

Hibari and Sakazuki are the only two characters in the series who speak with a Hiroshima dialect. Coincidentally, both are Marines, come from the North Blue, and share the F blood type. This has led fans to speculate that Hibari might be the daughter of “Akainu.”
